Yesterdays
Hey y'all I love ya so much! I am gonna keep it short this week, but I wanted to share a similar message from a talk by President Monson called "Finding Joy in the Journey". In the talk he quoted the musical "The Music Man", in the musical Professor Harold Hill stated:
"You pile up enough tomorrows, and you'll find you are left with nothing but a lot of empty yesterdays."
This Christmas season don't focus on the tomorrows, focus on the now. Focus on family and your relationships, and don't have regrets because of pointless distractions, selfishness, or disobedience. Have hopes, but find joy in where you are now, surrounded by those who love you, and a Heavenly Father who loves you. Please give him your all, because he gave you his son, our brother, Jesus Christ.
I love you all so much and thanks for your emails!
Talk to you next week!
Elder Griffin
